It was incorporated as a result of the merging, or 'agreement', of Bahnoor and Laspir il, and is the only city in its regency. It has a population of 440,000, and is thus the most populous city in Haute eee.

Geography

Agreement is situated atop the ridge between Kudat Reserve and the Okroud Conservation Area, 120 metres above sea level.

The comparatively fine soil of the region allows the city to produce wheat. It is the only producer of wheat on the mainland.
