Following Kadar's death in 1757 TT his widow and Gotiph's grandmother [[Harmain]] began training him as a diplomat as opposed to as a warrior. On 3-27 1755 TT whilst traveling with Harmain the pair managed to convince the [[Lakar Tribal Group]] to join the [[Akarian Confederation]].
