The 9 PC Hangist Monastery Plot was an attempt to blow up the oldest Hangist monastery.

Discovery

190 pounds of explosives were found in the monastery on 11-4 9 PC.

Arrests

13 monks were arrested in relation to the incident

The Hangist community was divided over the incident.
