Early life

Cok was born in Letsot, Ulri on 8-8 57 TT, the son of factory workers Quôt and Leep Ulri. He was raised, along with his sister Het in Letsot, in the east of Ulri. Upon being gifted a handheld radio in his youth, radio work became a hobby of Cok's. At the time, radios were not common throughout eee but his parents were supportive of his decision to enter the field. After entering the 38 TT Ulri Youth Invention Competition (UYIC), he won first place after submitting his modified handheld radio. The first place included a ൽ20,000 bursary, which Cok used for enrolment into Agreement University. Here, Cok studied for 7 years and earned a distinction for his work. During an Electronics cum Economics expo, Cok met future Mlât Pak Goose-Step, whom he quickly befriended.

At the age of 7, Cok's right eye was severely damaged after a bottle of soft drink exploded in his face. For 4 years onwards, Cok was fully blind in his right eye and now suffers from severe monocular myopia.

Career

Pan-eee radio network

Upon completing his degree, Cok began work designing a system for the pan-eee radio network, which would vastly improve the efficiency of trade across the island. This was to replace the wired communication methods throughout the island, which would often be damaged by corrosion or accidental tampering.

Royal radio technician

After the Royhouse upgraded its communication systems, Cok was hired to install and operate the new system. Cok worked very closely with Gap during his rule. On 18-5 2 PC –whilst Cok was off on a holiday with his wife– Gap put a blanket over his radio which caught fire and killed him the following morning morning. Cok returned to the Royhouse the day after that to find the room burnt down with Gap dead and all the documents burnt. Cok assumed power based on a laminated note he found afterwards, listing him as Gap's successor. The ambiguity surrounding Cok's claim to royhood fuelled various separationist movements and was notably mentioned in Yak Nakla's dZebir-Shêsek separation speech

Roy of Haute eee

Before his ascension, Cok had expressed frustration with the corruption involved with Haute eee's power distribution system. As government funding was allocated mainly to the capital cities, smaller cities were significantly less developed. On 24-5 2 TT, Cok seized power from the cities' governors and redistributed it to himself, a move unprecedented in Hautean history.

Roy Cok established an army and a navy for Haute eee on 27-6 2 PC.

Cok chose Pak Goose-Step as his successor, whom he changed to Vok Ulri after the Haute eee-Siô eee split

Personal life

Cok is married to Pit Ulri, whom he met whilst working on the Pan-eee Radio Network. The two have 4 children together.
