9 PC Tieteran Food Surplus

In 9 PC the Kingdom of Tietero reported a surplus of food. On 1-9 9 PC, in an attempt to resolve this issue, the government gave a percentage of the surplus to the people of Tietero. In addition they sold some of it to the Collective Kel-Elemi Republic.
