Biography

Early life

Teumur Bokok was born in the Bokok Tower, in Bosken within the Akarian Confederation. At the time of his birth, his great-uncle Gokok Bokok was the Leader of the Bokok.

By the time he was a young man life in the Karin Plain was dominated by the Marauder Crisis. Minor members of the Kadrikes would often join up with one of the feyaks, which Temur did on 1-14 1496 TT when he joined the Komur Feyak.

Komur Feyak

Temur gradually rose through the ranks of the Komur Feyak eventually becoming one of Komur Lakar's closest advisors. Komur retired from his leadership position within his feyak on 24-12 1474 TT and Temur stepped in to replace him. By this time the Komur Feyak was in loose control of the lands of the Lakar, Dar and Garvak.

Shortly after assuming leadership of the feyok Goghon Perat, one of Temur's advisors recommended they secure their grip on the lands they controlled. On 1-5, 1473 TT the Komur Feyak took control of Lasken, overthrew the Leader of the Lakar Okal Laker and replaced him with Komur's son Bekar. On 16-5 of the same year, the Komur Fayak seized Bar. 26-5 1473, before an invasion of the Garvak could be carried out Matok Garvak pledged his allegiance to the Komur Feyok and sent a large portion of his army to join them.

By 1473 TT the current Living King, Bark Dar, had little to no influence throughout Akaria though the post still held religious significance. During this year, Temur Bokok, set out to establish himself as Living King. He began this quest by marrying a granddaughter of Living King So that he might have a reason to challenge him to a duel under the right of blood. Next, he rounded up the ossbosches of the Lakar, Dar and Garvak who would be able to name him Living King. On 28-9, 1471 TT his forces advanced into the Deram lands and managed to reach the Tumak Ordok on 7-10 1471 TT. Temur confronted Living King Bark Dar in the Tumak Ordok and challenged him for his leadership of the Dar under the right of blood. As the challenge was not made during a leadership change Bark was not bound by tradition to accept it. However, the vast army surrounding the ordok compelled him to accept the challenge. Temur easily defeated and killed the elderly Dar and declared himself Leader of the Dar as Temur Bokok and Dar. Shortly after the three ossbosches with him declared him Living King.
