Reverse engeneering
On 3-2 11 PC the YDF University of Engineering created the first 11 PC Nongban rifle via reverse engineering.
Testing
The 11 PC Nongban rifle was used against Kel-Elemi snakes on 10-9 11 PC. 30% of the snakes shot at were killed.
