Laspir or Laspir il is a city in Haute eee.

History

After a schism between early dZumiyan settlers in 1414 TT, a group of 150 ventured east into the Hautean mountain range in search of a location for their new settlement. By 1398 TT, the group had reached the site of modern-day Laspir il and began constructing the first building. The area's comparative planarity to the rest of Haute eee and fertile soils allowed rapid, sustained population growth in the area. Within 35 years, the population had increased to 2,500 and the city was unable to accommodate more inhabitants. Thus, in 1365 TT excavation work began to the east of the settlement.

Siô eee split off from Haute eee on 5-2 10 PC, also splitting Agreement back into Laspir and Bahnoor.

On 7-5 10 PC, Mayor of Laspir, Tret Bahnoor had the city of Laspir split off from Haute eee to form AGREEMENT eee with the hope that Bahnoor would do the same and join his country to reform Agreement.

Haute eee reabsorbed Siô eee on 20-12 10 PC. Laspir and Banoor finished merging back into Agreement on 13-7 11 PC.
