The President is the head of state of the Collective Kel-Elemi Republic. Most of the duties of the president are ceremonial.  It is however an influential and important position, and the president represents the Republic overseas on official business.

The President is elected every 5 years, one year after a parliamentary election. Each president is limited to two terms in office (consecutive and non- consecutive). Most presidential elections feature parties that do not exist in parliament, only single election parties formed to support one candidate.

The current president is Trent Veersham. He succeeded Robert Grayson after his death.
