Whip is an admiral in the Serene Merchant Navy.

Biography

2nd Calming

The Serene Merchant Navy (SMN) mobilised on 20-1 9 PC in response to the 2nd Calming, it's objective was to locate the other civilisations now heard over radio. Whip made radio contact with the YDFDFNSS Lizard of Ana on 8-2 9 PC, and spoke with the ship's captain, Illaa marking the first conversation between someone from Spyron and the Attu Archipelago. During the meeting the pair aranged an in-person meeting between Whip and a representative of the Yotumic Divisionary Federation (YDF) on an island off the coast of Spyron. Whip also discovered that the Confederated Nations of Niueyjar (CNN) had patched into the conversation. The meeting took place on 16-2 9 PC with Whip once again representing Spyron and the senator for Yotum District 8 representing the YDF, the pair arranged for Spyron to meet with YDF leader Yun Yan'il on Nongba.

A meeting with the CNN was held on 18-2 9 PC, with the CNN being represented by Seer-Admiral Geilir. At the meeting Geilir explained that they had been eavesdropping on the SMN because they thought that Spyron was the "spy of Ron".
