Yuri Karpalov is an official in the Kel-Elemi United Army.

Biography

Yuri Karpalov led the Kel-Elemi United Army forces in Yenakapol during the Siege of Yenakapol, which began on 9-4 10 PC.

Karpalov ordered the bombardment of Rebunranai on 2-10 11 PC, in what became known as the Rebunranai massacre.
