Gotiph's father and the [[Leader of the Akarian Confederation]] [[Aket]] died on 10-10 1728 TT. Gotiph immediately succeeded him as leader. Gotiph claimed that the [[Living Spirit]] had transferred to him upon his father's death as it had done from Kadar to Aket. On 17-5 1727 TT Gotiph declared the creation of [[Ablesken]] to serve as a permanent capital for the country. Within the new city Gotiph ordered the construction [[Tumak Ordok]] to serve as his residence and to further cement his own place as a religious figure.
