Living King

By the time of of Odakot's ascension the Arkara movement was in full swing with many ossbosches across Akaria claiming the be of the Arkara. The Dakon, Skrake, Kakay and Ikane supported the Arkara's claim that they descended from Kadar. The ruling Perisken Perikat did not recognise this claim. Odakot himself considrered the Dakon Skrake, Kakay and Ikane to be rivals to the perikat and viewed their support of the Arkara as an attempt to undermine his rule. Odakot's 1st Dicate was issed on 19-8 TT 819 TT. The dictate recognised that their are only seventeen kadrikes. Odakot's 2nd Dictate was issued the next day. This dictate made it illegal to claim to be an Arkara. Arrests of Arkara were soon made across the country, though those living in the lands of the Dakon, Skrake, Kakay and Ikane were not prosecuted.

Death

Odakot Perat died on 25-5 789 TT. His death triggered the 16th Living Election.
