Being thrown into the Dragon's Maw is the standard form of capital punishment in Niueyjar. The people of Nieuyjara believe that the souls of people thrown in get trapped and are torn apart.
Faltiran missionaries returning from Niueyar have described the practice as "barbaric".

- Harakar Oken and Lightning Perat were thrown in on 14-3 7 PC by Heidr Gullveigdaughter for their role in the Akarian Massacre. Heidr had her geese pull them out before they could die to avoid a war.
- Frealna Kraladaughter, thrown in on 7-8 11 PC for the attempted assassination of Kost Mitlason.
