RGOU

The RGOU was a federation of different interest groups who participated in the Utlian Revolt that led to the overthrow of the monarchy of Utlia. The organization was founded by Mal Ignis of the Royal Utlian Army. The RGOU has since become the basis of the RGU political faction in Utlias Lower Cabinet, believing in more radical reform across the Republic.
