South Utlia is a province of the Republic of Utlia. South Utlia, like North Utlia was the main territory of one of the 2 Azztanist kingdoms, South Utlia being the Frish and North Utlia being the Eutan. South Utlia has historically been Utlias 3rd most developed province, with Unlaunen-Ut as the oldest city on the island.
