Tolha

Tolha is a city on the western coast of Nongba. Tolha has a population of approximately 132,000. It is the oldest permanent settlement on Nongba. Tolha is considered to be of "high importance" by the Yotumic Divisionary Federation and Hangist Assembly due to being a location featured prominantly in the Story of Hangmeng. Around 21% of the city's area is categorised as historical, including Hangmeng's bakery and the pier where her attempted execution supposedly took place.

Tolha Riot

On 21-4 11 PC, four protestors jumped off the roof of a building in Tolha to protest the government of the Yotumic Divisionary Federation (YDF). All four died on impact with the ground. The government of the YDF branded the incident as the Tolha Riot.
