The Bluerock House is the official residence of the President of the Collective Kel-Elemi Republic and is located in Izumisawa.
History
On 7-4 10 PC, the final day of the Seireimeiko and the start of the Kel-Elemi Civil War, rioters stormed the Bluerock House and killed President of the Collective Kel-Elemi Republic, Robert Grayson. The building was partially destroyed during the incident.
