The Halma Commissariat is an internal division of the Serene Union of Spyron and is led by a commissar.

History

On 6-4 10 PC, President of the Collective Kel-Elemi Republic, Robert Grayson, accepted an offer from the Commissar of Halma to have the Halma Commissariat intervene in the Seireimeiko in exchange for an undiscolosed amount of land in Kel-Elemi.
