The Utlian Presidential Nomination Committee was the council that selected Hia El to serve as the President of Utlia after Yyme Braia's death.
History
President of Utlia, Yyme Braia died on 7-12 16 PC. On the same day the Utlian Presidential Nomination Committee assembled in Tinlea-Ut to select his successor. Two days later they selected Hia El to replace Yyme.
