Biography

Early Life

Hia was born to working-class parents in Balmor-Ut but moved to Kelna-Ut only a year after birth. She spent the majority of her childhood without friends in Kelna-Ut. Hia took to reading Utlian history books and gained a large interest in Politics from reading about the previous leaders and governors of the nation. When she turned 18 she enrolled at Capital Region University in Tinlea-Ut.

Political Career

After graduating from university, Hia moved back to Balmor-Ut to get into politics. She became the head of the public works department in Balmor-Ut. This is where she met Yyme Braia, who took a liking to her style of drastic change in a short period. Eventually, she was appointed mayor of Balmore-Ut. Hia has the highest approval rating of any mayor in the city's history, which has historically been very anti-whoever the mayor is.

On 28-3 10 PC, the ATFS Arakar of the Akarian Trade Fleet was destroyed by the Sorewa Liberation Uprising (SLU), plunging Kel-Elemi into a state of chaos. Two days after the attack Harakar convened a meeting of the Akarian-Utlian Alliance in Oksken, which Hia attended. At the meeting it was decided that High Director of the Akarian Navy, Akrake Oken was to plan the Akarian and Utlian intervention against the SLU.

Hia El represented Utlia at the meeting which resulted in the formation of Kel-Elemi War Coalition.

Yyme Braia and Hia El represented Utlia at the 12 PC Eastern Bloc Summit on 12-8 12 PC, though only Yyme signed the 2nd Agreement Agreement.

On 2-5 16 PC, Hia El was promoted to 2nd in command within the Utlian Braia Cabinet putting her on par with Lieutenant President of Utlia, Votan Lainya within the Utlian governmental hierarchy.

Yyme died of Mor-Virus-2 on 7-12 16 PC. Two days later the Utlian Presidential Nomination Committee selected Hia El to replace him as President of Utlia.
