History
Emperor Spyron, Lidoka Rondan and the Commissar of Halma visted Utlia on 18-4 9 PC. During the visit they met with President of Utlia, Yyme Braia and Lieutenant President Votan Lainya.
Clans of Spyron
The Joint-Clan Navy and the Republic of Utlia both joined the Kel-Elemi War Coalition on 14-4 10 PC to aid the Collective Kel-Elemi Republic against the Sorewa Liberation Uprising in the Kel-Elemi Civil War.
