Coal

Coal is a flammable sedimentary rock found in coal seams, consisting mainly of carbon. Coal is used by the Caseic Federation and the Kingdom of Akaria as a means of powering machinery.

Importance

Coal is a major export of the Republic of Utlia, and the most abundant mineral on the island.

Trade

On 23-4 1 PC the Republic of Utlia began sending Coal to the Oken of Akaria in exchange for hydrochloric acid and gunpowder.

On 3-8 1 PC, the Caseic Federal Council established free trade of coal and hydrochloric acid between the Federation and Akaria. A day later the Akarian Trade Fleet established a route transporting coal to Akaria and hydrochloric acid to Casea.
