On 23-4 1 PC the Oken begen exchanging hydrochloric acid and gunpowder with the Republic of Utlia for coal.
On 3-8 1 PC, the Caseic Federal Council established free trade of coal and hydrochloric acid between the Federation and Akaria. A day later the Akarian Trade Fleet established a route transporting coal to Akaria and hydrochloric acid to Casea.
