Harakar's 9th Dictate

Harakar's 9th Dictate was a living dictate issued on 25-3 1 PC by Living King Harakar Oken which established the Akarian Trade Fleet.

Background

Following the Grand Calming Living King Harakar Oken deemed it necessary to establish a unified international merchant fleet to better trade with the newly discovered nations of the Attu Archipelago. Harakar's 9th Dictate was created by Harakar Oken with the assistance of his father Johnakar Oken to establish the Akarian Trade Fleet.

Content

In addition to establishing the Akarian Trade Fleet the dictate also established that the fleet was managed by a high director who was to be appointed by the Living King. Beyond that the dictate made no mention of how the fleet was to function.
