Mitok Arka is a Karinian journalist and a member of the Sarkist Assembly.

Biography

Early life

Mitok Arka was born into poverty in Okenate.

In late 4 PC, Living King, Harakar Oken agreed to send 40,000 Akarians to Haute eee to try and resolve the 3rd Hautean Agricultural Crisis. Many of Oksken's lower-class, including Mitok and much of his family were hired for this purpose. They arrived at Haute eee on 14-9 4 PC where they were put to work as farmers

Work for the Karinian Star

On 20-11 4 PC, Mitok's sister Mokopt Arka established a newspaper called the Karinian Star, which she marketed to the 1,500 Karinian agricultural experts that were brought over and later to the Akarians in eee in general. Mitok and much of the Arka who where in eee were soon employed by the Karinian Star.

The Karinian Star reported Mokopt missing on 15-1 14 PC. Following the disappearance the Karinian Star was run by Mokopt's family members in a decentralised fashion.

Sarkism

On 2-1 16 PC, Mitok attended Sarkay Obat's "conference of intellectuals" in Sagat, Haute eee. During the conference Mitok established himself as a prominent Sarkist figure. Sarkay declared the creation of the Sarkist Assembly, on 12-5 16 PC, with Mitok serving as one of the thirt members.

Mitok was appointed High Director of the Karinian Star on 4-11 16 PC. Under his leadership the Karinian Star adopted Sarkist stances.
