The Osslette of Okenate, is an Osslette of Akaria, situated on the southern coast of the Karin Plain. The geography of the Osslette is dominated by Oksken, with the city taking up over 90% of its land area. With an estimated population of 250,000 as of 5 PC, it is Akaria's second-most populous Osslette. The capital of Okenate is Oksken. Oksken is also the Kadrike Seat of the Oken.

The first known inhabitants of the area settled in Okenate at least 5000 years ago. The settlers were Early Akarian People who become the Karinians. One of the earliest permeanant settlements in the area was the villiage surrounding the Oksken Fortress, constructed around 1820 TT, which gave rise to the city of Oksken. In 1196 TT, Okenate was formally established as a part of the newly founded Kingdom of Akaria, as described in Matart's 132nd Dictate.

Okenate is a largely homogenous osslette but since the Grand Calming it has seen a rise in immigrants from neighbouring islands. Weer constitute about 9 percent of the osslette's total population. Mirroi is the largest religion in the region, though the majority of the population is non-practicing.

Major sectors of Okenate's economy include tourism, manufacturing, construction, wholesale, and retail. The majority of Its main exports are produced within the osslette. Okenate exhibits high property values and is a significant centre for maritime trade: the Naikar Port is the largest port in Akaria.
