Mida is the capital of the Mikare Kadrike and the seat of the Osslette of Mikare.

History

Foundation

The Andu Kur began constructing Mida on 14-2 1769 TT in the southern region of the largest of the passes leading from the Karin Plain to the Thessda Range. The idea was that the city would serve as a living-fortress to protect the Andu Kur from potential Karinian aggression.

Akarinian invasion

The Akarinian Confederation launched an invasion of the Andu Kur on 25-7 1425 TT to end what they percieved as the persecution of Karinians being done in Mida and the rest of the Andu Kur. Living King, Goghon Perat personally led the Living Army and the Kadrike Armies during the war and was assassinated on 19-4 1422 TT, during the Siege of Mida. The Akarinians captured Mida on 6-2 1420 TT. The war concluded on on 8-1 1419 TT with the Akarinian Confederation taking a chunk of land which included Mida.

Mikare

On 16-1 1419 TT, Living King, Dakarkon Deram issued issued his 1st dictate elevating the Mikare drike, who were decently invluencial in Andu-era Mida, to the status of Kadrike. After Dakarkon's death 1377 TT Emachium Mikare became Living King.

Akarian Civil War

On 17-9 16 PC, during the Akarian Civil War the Arkara Army and Kakay Army reached the city of Mida. Not wanting to enter the city to fight a proper battle for it, the Arkara and Kakay began bombarding it in the hopes that the city would surrender. The Deram and Mikare Armies began to withdraw from Mida towards Dokaim on 3-10 17 PC, allowing the Arkara and Kakay Armies to capture the city.
