Background
The Eastern Bloc's pseudo-rival, the Nation of Niueyjar had begun blockading Nongba in 8 PC and in early 9 PC the Yotumic Divisionary Federation had announced a food shortage. The 9 PC Eastern Bloc Summit was set up to discuss this.
Summit
The summit took place on 15-2 9 PC at the Akuta Military Base in Utlia. The parties agreed that it was in their best interests to support Nongba in an attempt to foster a new ally. To counter the Nongban blockade the parties agreed to begin converting strides into stealth vessels and to create a weaponised version of this vessel.
