Biography

As International Representative

In 2 PC, following Nongba's introduction to other nations, it was discovered by the congress of the Yotumic Divisionary Federation that the YDF lacked a high ranking government offical that can represent the YDF in international affairs, due to a legal tradition in which the superior congress could not show their faces or voices to those not in Congress. Congress passed a bill that declared a member of the lower congress will be elected to the position of international representative. International representives rank above the lower congress and beneath the upper congress. The International representative relays messages from the superior congress and is also given the ability to make "reasonable statements about themself or Nongba". The International Representative is currently the highest position in the YDF government entitled to a radio transmitter and reciver.

The congresspersons Psaha Yol, Tonwe Ina, and Rongu Ting all campaigned for the position of representive. After a 24 hour campaign period and debate within the lower congress a ballot was held.

On 30-11 4 PC the YDF Congress ordered the expulsion of all non-ambassador foreigners from Nongba amid pro-isolationist protests. Almost all nationals left without issue except for around 250 Faltirans who refused to leave. They were arrested and put on trial in Habo'ana. Kur-Gal, Othkrot of the Holy Republic of Faltir, protested the expulsion and the arrests and demanded that the Faltirans be delivered to Faltir. Psaha Yol rejected these demands leading to the Faltiran Raid on Habo'ana on 7-12 4 PC in which many Nongbans were killed and the majority of the Faltirans were extracted.

On 30-2 5 PC Psaha Yol made a deal with the Nation of Niueyjar in which the YDF would give Niueyjar gemstones and they would give them lumber. This deal was not publicised and the YDF congress was not informed of it.

On 20-10 7 PC, the day after the 7 PC Ronatana Fire and the YDF withdrawl from Ronatana, Psaha agreed to permit Niueyjar to send a delegation to Ronatana to investigate the situation, on the condition that they don't let any YDF citizens know.

Following Psaha's hospitalization the role of international representative has been taken by acting leader Yun Yan'il. Yun has stated that Psaha will regain her role as representive if she recovers. As of 16 PC, there have been 6 formal requests of from the senate requesting Psaha to leave retirement and return to her position, she has declined every request.

Hospitalization

On 19-10 7 PC, the Tun'ilhameng Liberation Procedure (TLP) carried out a number of bombings across Il'Shunta that killed 80 people and left Psaha critically injured. Psaha suffered multiple fractures and third degree burns. Soon after Yun Yan'il was declared acting leader and introduced herself to the international community, Heidr offered to let Psaha be treated at a Niueyjar hospital due to her friendship with Vidar.

Psaha, who was still undergoing treatment was sent back to Nongba on 4-7 8 PC during an ambassador exchange following the CNN's denouncement of the YDF and their recognition of the Tun'ilhameng as people. Nongban doctors found her bloodstream contained morphine from Papaver somniferum, a traditional Niueyjar medicine not known to Nongbans. In addition to untranslated medical records written in Sfoly. On 14-12 16 PC, leader of the YDF Yun Yan'il dissapeared en route to Ronatana to negotiate a ceasefire with the TLP. The next day Psaha Yol came out of retirement to serve as her replacement.

Psaha Yol was in Akaria on 7-4 17 PC for Johnakar Oken's funeral. Whilst there the four dominant factions of the YDF Congress illegally held their own separate congresses.
