Biography

Early life

Kamakta was born in Agrada on 4-1 81 TT to Herkaz Arkara and his wife Bol. Kamakta was educated at the Arkara Brown and Green School from 70 TT until his graduation as a bosche in 60 TT. On 10-1 59 TT Herkaz, as the Ossbosche of Grada granted Kamakta the rank of udenbosche as a judge.

On 27-7 25 TT Kamakta's brother Bantar, who by this point was both the Leader of the Arkara and the Ossbosche of Grada was elected Living King. On the day of his ascension, Bantar resigned from his position as the Ossbosche of Grada and publicly supported Kamakta as his replacement. Kamakta was elected Ossbosche of Grada on 30-7 25 TT.

Under Bantar

Kamakta Arkar began his involvement in the Arkara Plot during 22 TT or earlier. On 26-4 22 TT Kamakta, as the Ossbosche of Grada purchased a large quantity of fertilizer from the Perat claiming that it was to be used in several farms in Grada. The fertiliser was instead shipped off to various parts of the country and was used in numerous assassinations, most famously the Ossbosche of Balkolk, Koatark Aralk on 12-8 19 TT, the Ossbosche of Dar, Coatike Ake on 21-6 16 TT and the Leader of the Bokok, Borokar Bokok on 5-7 15 TT. Kamakta ordered a second batch of fertilizer from the Perat on 29-2 12 TT.

Tyshok Perat released the Tyshok Report on 9-12 10 TT revealing a vast amount of information on the Arkara Plot. Bantar's refusal to condemn those listed in the report led to the False War.

During the False War Kamakta fled Agrada to an unknown location and remained there until Bantar's assassination on 13-7 4 TT, when his position as an ossbosche forced him Ablesken to elect the next Living King. During the election, Kamakta and his allies in the assembly supported Merkak Kakay for the next Living King, and those affiliated with the Perat supported Storm Perat as Bantar's successor. The ossbosches unaffiliated with either Kadrike refused to support either candidate causing a deadlock in the assembly which lasted until 30-10 2 TT when Harakar Oken was elected Living King.

Leader of the Arkara

Kamakta was elected Leader of the Arkara on 29-11 2 TT.

The Tyshok Report and the subsequent False War greatly damaged public opinion of the Arkara which continued to deteriorate following Harakar's election. On 4-2 3 PC, Harakar issued Harakar's 10th Dictate, which barred members of the Arkara from serving as ossbosches. Three days later, three soldiers of the Living Army were killed whilst trying to physically remove Kamakta's son Artak Arkara from his position as Ossbosche of Saekraim. The next day, Kamakta, as Leader of the Arkara, declared the Arkara's defiance of the dictate, beginning the Arkara Uprising of 3 PC. The Living Army and Skrake Army fought against the Arkara Army. Peace was achieved on 24-3 3 PC, following negotiations between Harakar Oken, the Skrake, the Ossbosche Assembly and the Arkara. Kamakta agreed to step down and have the Arkara recognize the dictate and in exchange, he and his allies would be granted total amnesty in regards to the uprising.

Kamakta Arkara was found dead in the Saeskar River on 30-7 9 PC. His death was ruled to have been an accident as it was belived that he fell into the river whilst visiting Saeskar's Gotiph shrine where he fell in and drowned.
