Akaria-Utlia relations are the bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Akaria and the Republic of Utlia.

Political relations

Proper relations between Akaria and Utlia began on 10-4 1 PC when Akaria sent Utlia a grass yak and Utlia sent Akaria a pair of Utlian Brenya.

The Treaty of Ostag was signed on 12-10 4 PC following the Niueyjara Civil War normalising relations between the Akarian-Utlian Alliance and Niueyjar. One of the terms of the treaty is that Utlia would pay out reperations to the Nation of Niueyjar for the deaths caused by the Bombardment of Erak whilst Akaria paid nothing.

Akaria, Utlia and the Haute eee co-founded the Eastern Bloc on 23-1 5 PC.

Living King, Harakar Oken visited Utlia on 22-8 7 PC as a part of his Tour of the Isles.

An Akarian delegation and an Utlian delegation attended the 9 PC Eastern Bloc Summit.

Both Akaria and Utlia sent a delegation to the Great East-West Meeting on 28-7 9 PC.

Both Akaria and Utlia sent a delegation to the 12 PC Eastern Bloc Summit on 12-8 12 PC.

On 29-5 13 PC, Harakar secretly bought some land in Direnomut and began constructing a manor for use in case he was overthrown.

Military Cooperation

The Akarian-Utlian Alliance was established on 5-4 2 PC as a measure, in case the winner of Niueyjara Civil War took hostile action against Akaria or Utlia. The treaty also stipulated the creation of a joint Akarian-Utlian base –the Akuta Military Base– on Utlia.

On 15-5 2 PC, Erak was attacked by Reformers. Docked at the city's port at the time was an Utlian ship delivering crabs to Vidar Astridson. Vidar had the crew of the ship detained whilst attempting to cover up the attack by claiming that an earthquake had injured the sailors and that they were receiving medical attention. The governments of Akaria and Utlia did not believe this and put together a strike force to partake in Operation Crab Rescue. The strike force was commanded by Akarians and composed mostly of Utlians. The strike force managed to extract the captives on 20-5 2 PC.

Following the rescue of the captives, the Akarian-Utlian Alliance publicly revealed the operation's existence. Due to Vidar's continued threats, the Akaria-Utlia began supporting the Reformers –Vidar's enemies in the Niueyjara Civil War– on 9-12 2 PC, leader to Vidar's death on 7-3 4 PC.

On 28-3 10 PC, the ATFS Arakar of the Akarian Trade Fleet was destroyed by the Sorewa Liberation Uprising (SLU), two days later an Akarian-Utlian Alliance meeting was held where it was decided to have High Director of the Akarian Navy, Akrake Oken plan Akaria and Utlia's intervention against the SLU. Both Akaria and the Utlia joined the Kel-Elemi War Coalition on 14-4 10 PC.

Economic Relations

On 23-4 1 PC, the Oken of Akaria began giving the Republic of Utlia hydrochloric acid and gunpowder in exchange for coal.

Shortly after 14-4 6 PC, Alinkar Oken began selling bulk industrial goods to Utlia.
